We’re here to help answer any questions you have about working with us to set up your theme.

This service focuses on getting your site fully set up and ready. We assume you’ll finish entering content and publish when you’re ready. If you’d like us to handle the final checks and launch, that’s included in the Growth setup.

If you have any custom requirements you need for your site, take a look at our Custom Web Design service. Some types of functionality that may require a more custom approach include custom content layouts, membership sites, filterable content, design interactions, third-party system integration, deep accessibility, etc.

We mainly work with lightweight theme frameworks like Kadence and GeneratePress.

This particular service is only for WordPress sites using Kadence or Generate Press.

However, we can usually help with Squarespace sites for a similar pricing structure.

If you’re unsure whether your Squarespace site is a good fit, we’re happy to take a look and let you know.

We no longer support Wix.

Wix is limited when it comes to layout control, accessibility, performance, and long-term flexibility. These limitations make it harder to do the kind of cleanup work we focus on. For that reason, it’s not a platform we work with.

Once we start, we can usually finish your theme setup within 1 week.

No. Theme costs are separate. You will pay these fees directly to the theme creator.

Theme configuration is designed to be a faster, short-term project so we work on a simple payment structure.

We require a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining 50% due before we hand over the site.

While we don’t offer hosting ourselves, we commonly recommend SiteGround or WP Engine.

SEO isn’t part of theme setup, but your site will be built with a clean, SEO-ready foundation.

Because theme configuration is designed to move fast, all your content pages need to be provided upfront in their final, edited format.

If you need help with writing, we can recommend copywriters we trust before the project begins.

We can support you post-project at our hourly rate of $120/hour.
